Discussion and thesis

The day was rather sluggish, so much so that all the members (winghi) thought about setting up abundant foils and wings from 6 meters up. I had already been using the Bora V2 5.0 for a few sessions and I had already had the inkling that it was a wing with an excellent starting point underneath, I had already heard that a few pumps and you go foiling without damning your soul and without wasting energy but conserving it for the flight.

And to my great surprise even in borderline conditions with a series of vigorous pumping I found myself flying and also manoeuvring, when you find yourself on the new tack and you notice that the wind is not there, well 4 or 5 short taps with the hand behind and generate at the speed that allows you to stay airborne.

Everyone was grazing and I kept flying instead.

What to say? The glider is fantastic, light, it doesn't tire you out, you can safely sail for hours, relax at the pace, enjoy the view and become aware of the flight.

These are the conditions that allow you to progress and improve your technique, when you have everything under control it's only then that you can dare and push yourself beyond the limits.

And then that third central handle, let's talk about it: going with just one hand was something I'd never done before, I can assure you that with good experience and when you've learned how to sail, you can even ride those micro waves typical of thermals of my lake. I felt like I was standing on the waves of the sea.

Result

5-star wing, well done Reptile, you made a great wing!
