How to Adjust Paddle Length

• Wave: Paddle height equal to your height for surfing waves, low stance.
• Cruising/Touring: Paddle 15-20 cm taller than your height, for relaxed long-distance paddling.
• Racing: Paddle about 10 cm taller than your height, for forward lean and maximum efficiency in training and distance paddling.
