PREMISE AND INDICATION OF THE FIELD OF APPLICATION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are drawn up in compliance with the current regulatory provisions on consumer protection.

According to the indications of the legislative decree n. 6.9.2005, no. 206 "Consumer Code".

In drafting the General Conditions of Sale, specific reference is made to Title III «Contractual methods», Chapter II «Special methods of concluding the contract», Section II «Distance contracts»; Legislative Decree 9.4.2003, no. 70 “Implementation of Directive (EC) no. 31/2000 on Electronic Commerce”; legislative decree 31.3.1998, n. 114 "Reform of the discipline relating to Commerce".

The Customer is required to read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, fully and unconditionally accept these General Conditions of Sale as well as the General Conditions of Access and Use of the site.
These general conditions may be modified, without notice, by publication on this page and notification via the RSS feed.
Each purchase contract is governed by the General Conditions of Sale in force at the time the order is forwarded by the Customer.

DEFINITION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PURCHASE AGREEMENT

In order to place his purchase order, the User is required to register as a Customer through the appropriate procedure, then follow the purchase procedure indicated by the system.
The purchase is considered complete upon payment and definitive confirmation of acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale and of the order.
Sending the purchase order implies consent (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005) to receive the subsequent communications described below, which are aimed exclusively at the conclusion and execution of the sales contract.

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, by sending an e-mail message to info@reptilesports.com

In any case, the seller will check the actual availability of the requested goods in the warehouse, as well as the accuracy of the proposal and will communicate via email if it is not possible to process the order or communicate any waiting times.
Once the order has been checked and the payment has been received, the seller will deliver what has been requested to the express courier responsible for delivering it to the address indicated.
Payment by the customer will be made using the method chosen online at the time of purchase, or in case of correction as a new report.
The stipulated purchase contract is understood to be concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the Customer's order by the Seller.
Acceptance is expressed by confirmation email sent to the email address indicated by the Customer.
The confirmation message will contain the date and time of the order and a "Customer Order Number", to be used for any further communication.
The message re-proposes all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the Customer is required to print or save an electronic copy of his order and the relative confirmation and in any case to keep the current General Conditions of Sale.
For each order placed, if requested, an invoice is issued which will be sent in electronic format via email to the customer's address entered in the system during registration or directly downloadable in the dedicated section.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is valid.
No change in the invoice will be possible after it has been issued.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day of receipt of the products purchased on reptilesports.com

In this case, the Customer must return the products to the Seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within 14 (fourteen) days from when he received the products.

The only costs charged to the customer are the shipping costs for returning the purchased products.

If the Customer decides to use the forwarder indicated by reptilesports.com, he will however have to pay the costs, at his expense, for returning the purchased products in person.

If the Customer decides to use a different forwarder than the courier indicated by reptilesports.com, he will have to pay the costs himself. Any liability in the event of loss or damage to the products during transport will remain with you.

The Right of Withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in the previous points - is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected: presence of the safety seal and the manufacturer's labels intact and attached to the product; the products must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use; the products must be returned with all the original labels, packaging and accessories (tags, dust covers, hangers, garment covers, hygienic protection, etc.) received with the order; the footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product (in the case of audio CDs, books, design objects, the package must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that compose it); the product boxes must not be damaged or ruined, nor used as external packaging. In this regard, the customer should use the reptilesports.com packaging or other packaging suitable for the type of products received; returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this paragraph, the Seller shall reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms established by law. The refund is issued in the form of a bank transfer for the full amount of the products. If the payment for the products was made with a paypal transaction, the refund can be made through the paypal refund procedure.

The sums will be refunded to the Customer in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within 30 (thirty) days from the date on which reptilesports.com became aware of the Customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal, we will activate the refund procedures , once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified.

If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in this paragraph, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to reptilesports.com; however, the Customer will be able to get back, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, reptilesports.com may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.

WARRANTY

The guarantee refers to the provisions of the regulations in force regarding consumer protection regulations.

PRIVACY

The processing of personal data is regulated according to the current provisions of the law provided for in art. 196/2003.
The customer is required to read the content relating to the treatment at the privacy link. Upon registration, the Customer declares to have read this document and the documents connected and/or connected to it, and also declares to accept them.

The jurisdiction for any disputes is that of the seller's province of residence.
