Thanks to Reptile Sports I had the opportunity to test the new Wing Bora V2 RH.
Unfortunately for this first test I didn't find ideal conditions, cloudy skies and very strong winds.
My first impression on the new Bora v2 RH 5 was very positive, with a background as a windsurfer I knew that the Wing with rigid handles would be perfect for my outings.
I immediately noticed that during the pumping phase the handles perfectly absorb the stresses and transmit nothing on the strut but remain firm and rigid which in turn with its new S shape is really comfortable, from the first moment I held the rigid handles I guessed that they are extremely precise in their movements.
I took the wing to its maximum range and realized how easily it discharges the excess wind using the special mini battens.
I found the wing very compact and stiff.
Thanks to its new rigid handles, the BORA V2 RH 5 remains stationary and allows you to reach very high speeds.
I'm extremely curious to try 4.2 as well which, given the latest storms on our coasts, would be right up my alley.
The double valve system is excellent which allows you to inflate and deflate very quickly, even the Kevlar reinforcements on the seams further increase the resistance of the wing.
