Can an inflatable wing foil board perform as well as a composite board? With the I-UFO and I-UFO PRO collection, the answer is yes! We've managed to make them practically similar to composite boards, and quite possibly better in so many ways. So why choose an I-UFO inflatable board then?

1- Performances. From the photos you can see, with the inflatable boards you can perform the exact evolutions of rigid boards. In fact, the composite material plate makes the connection between foil and board identical, while the inflatable part, brought to a pressure of 17 PSI, remains rigid and reactive underfoot, without bending or twisting.

2-Stability. Thanks to a precise ratio between length and width, the I-UFOs are perfectly balanced and as stable as rigid boards. The large sizes of the I-UFO support the beginner during the first approaches to the wing, and the first take-offs. The smaller sizes, on the other hand, allow the expert rider to go down a lot in volume because even when sinking, they remain balanced.

3-Weight. Inflatable boards are much lighter than hard boards by at least 40%.

4- Price. Absolutely important factor for the choice of purchase. The low price does not mean that the product is of low quality, but simply that the technology used to produce the I-UFO is cheaper than that used to produce a composite board.

5- Impact resistance. The I-UFOs are absolutely the most resistant on the market. The double layer of PVC makes them indestructible on any impact. Try hitting the edge of an inflatable board with a stone, and then hit it with a rigid one.

6- Transportation. Overwhelming victory for the inflatable boards. The I-UFO is supplied with a backpack/trolley measuring 80 x 80 x 18 cm. Inside you can put not only the board, but also two wings, various pumps and the foil.

Is there perhaps a need to add more? it is stable, takes off, goes fast and jumps like a rigid. it is cheaper, more resistant, lighter and more transportable than a rigid. Personally I have been wingfoiling for three years, I weigh 90 kg and my favorite board is the I-UFO PRO 65. Exactly like this, and I will hardly go back to a rigid board.

Seeing is believing, without paying too much attention to the usual beach professors in flip flops.
