PHASE 1
At full speed, bend your legs, push the foil into the water and point the nose of the board firmly into the wind, keeping your elbows bent at 90°.
PHASE 2
Take off! Extend your legs, hang on the wing keeping it in an upward position, with the leading edge in the wind!
PHASE 3
We continue to rise, wing always in an ascending position and we also begin to extend our arms. The legs hang back as we dive forward.
PHASE 4
PHOTO! here we are in the best moment, we look at the world from above, at a standstill. I wish this moment would last forever. We hang on, as we begin to gather our legs, ready to land!
PHASE 5
Concentrate on landing, evaluating the time to raise the legs. The board points decisively towards the water.
PHASE 6
It is forbidden to let go and have doubts. The wing is now a parachute and gently accompanies us towards the water.
