Construction technology

• CNC cut EPS core for maximum precision.
• First layer of the internal sandwich in Biaxial Bamboo, to increase resistance in compression. The edges also have the same layer.
• The Double US Box box is covered with an 80Kg/m3 PVC box, to meet a high level of quality and resistance standards.
• Outer layer in glass fiber with epoxy matrix, to increase impact resistance.
• Extra grip EVA pads.
• Concave deck to guarantee maximum control and maximum grip.
• Carrying handle positioned on the hull.
• Goretex vent valve.

Shape

In wing foiling, the shape of the board is perhaps the least important aspect when we're flying, but it can make the difference in the moments that precede or follow this phase, especially in competition. On the new Superfly we worked on 5 fundamental points:

• The volume of the nose.
• The volume of the deck.
• The delicate length/width ratio.
• The shape of the hull
• The shape of the tail.
