How long does delivery take?

Shipping times depend on the type of products ordered, the address and the payment method selected. During sales and promotional sales, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual due to heavy traffic.

On each item you will find the following wording:

- Last piece available = hurry up, this is the last piece available in our warehouses, it could be restocked but at the moment this eventuality is not foreseen

- Available = the item is available in the Italian warehouse (Gorizia), after payment delivery times range from 24 to 72 hours

- Expected availability from = we are producing the item or we are waiting for it from one of our suppliers.

Orders completed on a public holiday or the day before may take longer to deliver.

Shipping rules and restrictions

Orders are shipped only on working days. Working days are from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy.

It is important to sign with "subject to control" upon delivery both in the case of standard and insured shipping, in the event of damage to the packaging it is important to report it with a brief description on the courier's delivery document (e.g.: open packaging, broken, exposed goods, etc...), it is also advisable to take some photos.

Even in the case of insured shipping, without this reserve, in the event of damage or missing items in the shipment, it will not be possible to replace/integrate/refund the damaged/missing products. Courier delivery times

Shipments in Italy and abroad are entrusted to BRT - DPD - GLS - UPS - DHL (with online tracking).
Once shipment is confirmed, delivery times for shipments:

- in Italy they are 1-2 working days,
- in Europe they can vary from 4 to 7 working days (with further extensions for deliveries to smaller islands).

As a rule, national shipments are entrusted to BRT.

For the centre-north, delivery times are equal to 1 working day.
For the south and the islands, delivery times are 2 working days.

Non-delivery due to absence of recipient.

If the delivery is not successful on the first attempt, the shipment will be stored at the courier's warehouse.
We will take care to contact the recipient to check the situation and find out the reason for the non-delivery, acquiring any further information useful to the courier.
We will notify the courier and will arrange to deliver on the next available day. Our staff will therefore keep the situation monitored until any further inconvenience is resolved.

Please note that ReptileSports is not an express courier and offers the delivery service through qualified partners with proven experience and reliability.
However, the staff who carry out the delivery may have difficulties on which we cannot intervene.
